lovely,
just imo it would look better if the min/max/close
buttons always looked like when the window is
in the background, they fit more in to the rest but
the vista feeling would kinda go away then :/

yes and no. first your grphic card(or chip) must be aero compitable.
if it is then ´there is a key in the regestry that you must change to enable it.
i had the same problem when i ha´d vista basic.
